Why So Many Women Love Their Direct Selling Businesses

June is here and summer is upon us. I've been thinking what I've done in the past six months and the first thing that comes to mind is that I haven't blogged enough. I haven't done enough to share why I love direct selling like so many friends of mine do.

Now that we're half way into 2015 I had an epiphany to get blogging which is a big passion of mine. When I'm blogging my business grows. A blog a day keeps traffic coming your way right? I have no excuses for why I've been slacking other than being busy being mom which brings me to the title of this post and why so many women and mommy friends of mine love direct selling.

First, your direct selling business is always there, sort of like a girl friend, whenever you need it. It's your business to do whatever you want with it. If you're a traveler like my family or a busy mom taking care of your kids a direct sales business is perfect because you can do it remotely, anytime and anywhere. Your company provided replicated website is open for business 24/7. Think Amazon.

You can do full speed and grow your business quickly or take your time or do it sometimes. No one's going to keep tabs on you or tell you what to do. I know many people joining a direct sales business only to buy products for a discount.

A direct sales business is always there and it's ready for you to grow it, build it big or small, if that's what you want to do. The flip side is that since you're 100% responsible for your business success you'd only get what you put into it.

It works with anyone and everyone's schedule. You can do direct sales offline via home parties or local events or via blogging and other social media outlets.

It's more than just a home-based business. For me, it's a wonderful outlet to write which I absolutely love to do and keeping my mind sharp. You meet people you would never have otherwise. I've connected with hundreds of people all over the country and have made long lasting friendships because of direct sales and this is truly the best part.

For women, y'all know how important friendship is to us and if you ask other women, don't be surprised to hear that's why they got into direct sales in the first place.

There are many, many more reasons why I love my direct selling business and so many other women I know. If you're a direct seller, would love to hear what you love about your business.

Best,

Janette
